Year 1 Framework: Key Focus Areas

  1. Internal Setup & Development

Build the internal structure, systems, and tools to ensure smooth operation and scalability.

  2. Partnerships & Collaborations

Forge strategic partnerships with creatives, educators, and influencers to expand reach and amplify impact.

  3. Validate Demand & Offerings

Test and validate the demand for key activities through pilot projects and gather feedback to refine the portfolio.

  4. Activate & Deliver Value

Launch core initiatives (e.g., TSM, Bricoaventure) to provide immediate value, continuously adding new activities to keep the momentum.

Year 1 Goal (by May 2026)

By the end of Year 1, the goal is to have tested and refined our approach to the point where we have a solid understanding of the needs, expectations, and challenges of all stakeholders — including children, educators, parents, NGOs, artists, schools, and international organizations.

The €8k investment from the Fondation de France, along with additional funding, will serve as an "investment in learning," allowing us to:

    1. Deliver Immediate Value: Activate and test key modules that provide value right away, using ongoing feedback to refine and improve.
    2. Achieve Operational Maturity: Build our operational capacity to run creative workshops, produce impressive hands-on materials, and develop partnerships with artists, publishers, and other key players.
    3. Establish Strong Partnerships: Secure strategic collaborations, synergies, and contracts that will enable even greater ambition in Year 2 and 3.

The focus will be on constant testing, learning, and refining to ensure that what we offer is not just useful but essential for our target groups. By the end of Year 1, we'll be ready to scale and set up a foundation for more ambitious projects.
